Finding your way around the trust world is a little like playing a strategy game, or solving a puzzle:
if you know the rules, have plenty of experience, and enjoy doing it, you can be confident that you’ll end up with a great outcome.
If you don’t know the rules, have never played before, and are just doing it because you have to, then your outcome will, understandably, be less desirable. Most trustees are the second type, and our ability to help is a reflection of the fact that we’re the first.
